We believe wellness should fit into your life, not add stress to it.
If you’re unable to use your monthly session, it will automatically roll over to the following month. To help keep appointments available for all members, memberships may maintain up to two available sessions at any given time.
Need to pause your membership for an extended vacation, military training, deployment, or another life event? Whether you’re a Forge Member, Performance Member, or another valued member of our wellness community, just let us know. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
To respect the time of all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
We understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out, we’ll always do our best to work with you.
